"A man working on a traffic light was rushed to the hospital late this morning after falling to the ground.
It happened at Park Avenue and Route 248 in Palmer Township, Northampton County shortly before noon.
Police said a truck that turned onto 248 from Park didn't see the worker's bucket truck and hit the bottom portion of it, knocking the worker out of the bucket."
Didn't see = not barricaded/coned/flagged/signed well enough!
