It doesn't look like it. I heard he was a tree guy but that is just a rumor, not much else has been posted since the accident but it's only about 10 miles away from me so I'm sure someone will pass more info on. I did hear he was catapulted out of it after the truck hit it though. There are so many variables in an accident like this, did he have cones and signs out? Were there flaggers directing traffic? It was at a intersection so it's tough to say what exactly happened. It could have even been a random accident.
