He was arrested for Harassment, 1st Degree and as a condition of his bond release from the detention center, he had to:



1. Sell his house to his realator and leave the county

2. Surrender all firearms

3. Move his belongings from his house within 72 hours under the supervision of the sheriff's office

4. Submit to a permanant trespass notice to his subdivision

5. Submit to electronic monitoring if he stayed in SC

6. Submit to mental evaluation
