Heres the lesson I take from this one, Don't be looking at you feet when you are climbing, he must have been or else he wouldn't have had to stop to see how far he had to go. Are ya listening greenies? Made the same mistake a couple times myself. Oh and never hug the pole when you gaff out. Get them hooks back in. Did just that my first week of climbing when I was a kid. Cut splinters out of my arms and chest for a week.
