not bein' a wise ass but how the hell would ya use a strand brake on a pole transfer? use 'em when placin' strand so it won't slack back into a road crossing, but they're only good if you're far enough out that the run has good tension on it or ya put a little drag on the clamp before the road crossing.
the linemen are slimein' but at least they're still climbin'
