Re: Cargebacks, Workmans Comp, and General Liabili

Regarding yearly cost for Liability :

I am a contractor in Fl.
10 years in this industry

Here is what my Liability is :
TechInsurance.com
Coverage Amount -
$ 2,000,000 General Liability per Occurrence
$ 4,000,000 General Liability Annual Aggregate
$ 2,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury per Occurrence
$ 4,000,000 Products Completed Operations Aggregate
$ 1,000,000 Fire Damage Legal
$ 10,000 Medical

$261.77 Annual Premium

And yes you are getting ripped
Have your own Insurance

Regarding charge backs, the company never seems to be able to tell you what was the problem, what the complaint from the cx was nor do they supply pictures to validate the charges. It's just a way to rip more from the installer. This industry is just ripe with bad apples  and we put up with it...
