lead tech pay question

i work for a sub contractor for mastec. im not inhouse im a sub and im a lead tech the only one in a office of 15 techs. im pretty much the assit. supervisor. the days he is off i answer the phone and do his dirty work. i was wanting to know what others are getting paid to do this postion and if im getting ripped off? im getting around 200 dollars every 2 weeks according to how many jobs i do. 20 jobs = 200 dollars. anyone got any input on this postion and the pay for it?
