I had one yesterday,
Replace homerun to cust unit(MDU)
At subs expense,
quoted him $190
Property management accepts bid,
Show up to do work,
Go in meter room, and find a fresh disco,
Tone cust HR back only to find that they were tagged wrong,
Tech disco'd wrong unit,
Sad thing is Comcast sent service Tech out to repair,
His exact diagnosis.
Good signal at Tap,  Dead at main run, needs HR replace at cust cost,

Job Security @ cust expense?
(NO we did not charge cust)
We charged Comcast
