I found and posted that case 6 monthes ago im wondering how its going to affect our case, everything in there is exactly how all installers are treated, or at least till i had a hand in changing policey over at Knight, you can change the way they ran the show, but at least some techs are saying they have changed some things overthere, which is good in some point, but after the fact now.
