Hope you guy's win your suit. But be prepaired for it to drag on for years depending on how hard they fight it. Then getting them to pay is another thing. I have sued some people in the past and winning the case was the easy part getting the money from them was almost not worth the trouble. But they were small claims court issues 5K and under perhaps larger claims are easiser to settle.
