Re: advise please

Sounds like you are a employee. Called the labor board they will help you. If you are a contractor file a ss8 for now and have them look at him. If you expect to get paid I would suggest you tell him what you are planning to do 1st then if he still wont pay you. Do it! Whatever you do dont whimp out!
