There is no law forcing company's to have employees.   This is all a company's choice.

And if you argue that company's with employees offset their employee based costs by reducing the pay rate for employees that is fine.   If the company pays $100 say to subs and pays the employee $60 you should not presume that means the sub is better off.

70% of cable/Sat subs are low wage workers who don't know what their real disposable income is.
The subs $100 dollars in business income and the employees $60 dollar wage are not straight comparable units in economics or for that matter are they comparable in actual real life.  why?  because both sums are like comparing apples with oranges.

I have stated also that the high subs incomes are more often than not merely gross exaggerations and fabrications that actual income surveys disprove.   In this industry Primes and unscrupulous subs simply lie about the pay rates a lot.   Anyone who knows actual market pay, and who understands the concept of median or mean incomes, should be able to see what their real income is.
