Had that kind of thing happen to me once. They liked to sleep in so I usually started around 10 doing quite type stuff till around noon. They didn't like it and whined to the town. So I had to go through the B.S. of a permit.
Funny thing though, it said right on the permit that I could start at 8!!! COOL!!!!
Every morning at eight sharp I went out a fired up the skill saw, no matter if I was working on the honey do project or not.
Most of my scrap was pretty small by the time I hauled it off!
