apology accepted....and may I ad...not grumpy as hell....mad about what I see being posted....All of us "old-er" line cable dawgs would like to be working....sooooo you can see what we are feeling......and yes there are supervisors and managers out there as well that should not be in that role.....I for one always remember where I came from, and always....and I mean, always remember that, as I work with other techs........Thanks for the reply.....UglyOldLineman
