And you have never used a guy that is in his back yard for a lot cheaper? Or a person to mow the lawn etc. that is cheaper?
I guess your reply really points out what I was referring to anway. All the complaining will lead to radical changes by the government to extreme levels. Because to be fair you can't use that sweet 16 year old to baby sit anymore because that is an independent contractor you now have to employ her full time.
