Yes, the pay is lower than a contractor can make but a good salary for a In-House position and all with a steady paycheck and benefits.  I am in the process of trying to get out of cable and when I work I make $2,000 to $3,000 per week.  Again, when I work.  Cable has turned into a JOKE!!!
