You are correct.......phones sometimes are not very hard. Sometimes they are and if something goes wrong it comes back to the tech. I also do phone repairs for one of the soon-to-be-out-of-business long distance companies and they are starting to discover satellite tech work damaging their protected interior lines.
If the phone deal was the only issue...most would just suck it in and move on. But there are so many other issues. Enough is enough!
And getting dinged for failure to connect to nonexistant landlines just shows the greed & mindless intent of managment.
