You can not get a workman's comp policy in Tenn unless you are incorporated or LLC.  This law changed Jan 1, 2010.  You can get a dead man's policy for about $1,000 but you will not be covered for any incident (just a piece of paper to give your employer).  You can not get the policy that actually covers you unless you have 3 or more employee's including yourself on the policy and that is where you pay based on how much payroll you have and not on how much you make.  Good Luck
