Re: Illegal Labor

We've been dealing with this issue for years. The problem keeps growing and nothing gets done about it. The reason for this is no one stands up over fear of retribution from MSO's and the fallout from our own work force. A case in Arkansas where a contractor employed some 20 illegal immigrants went to trial last month and the guy plead guilty. Hasn't been sentenced yet but seeing as how it went before a U.S. Federal judge you can make your own assumptions as to what his punishment will be. Anyone who has proof to help investigators can contact I.C.E. at 1.866.DH2.ICE. They will follow up on any info you provide them with. You can also contact your congressman and make an anonymous report about specific cases. But understand this, there are thousands of men and women working in our industry who are here legally and work as hard if not harder then those of us who were lucky enough to be born in this country. They run the same race and jump the same hurdles we do, don't trip them up!
