Alcatel easy shaver

have any of you fiber dudes out there ever used a (loose tube buffer )mid sheath entry tool called the easy shaver?

It would open up the buffer tube without breaking the fibers by using a blade that was shaped like a tiny ice cream scooper.

Corning makes one that has two blades pointing toward each other that puts two slits on the buffer tube as you move it over the tube lengthwise, allowing you to split the tube like a banana peel, leaving all the fibers untouched.

I want to find an easy shaver (by Alcatel in 1995, now ? ) havent used one in almost 15 years, but it is better than the Corning one.

Has anyone seen one?
