I started in catv 1968 I doubt if any of you been in it long enough. I worked for Jackson Comm. I wasn't putting anybody down. I was just stating a fact. Jackson used to be 1 of the biggest companies in the country. I work cable up until about 3 years ago. There were no bucket trucks. There were no ladders. There were no jigs. There were no coring tools. There were no cable cutters. Things have changed alot since 1968. So before you "linemen" decide to put us Old School down you wouldn't be here today if we weren't there yesterday. Unlike alot of you I am not ashamed to sign my name.
