Part of the DTV plan is to relocate their signal to the 99, 101 & 103 sats. The 110 & 119 are being phased out. The Phase III (triple sat) will not see the 99 or 103. .. where the HD signals are coming from.
The single wire multiswitch equipment may help with your project. You can't use the older boxes with the new switches.
