EXACTLY!
The issue is that the mother****ers that contract work and fail to pay know how hard it is to collect a judgment. They just get another sailor with two dollars and good intentions.
What really reams me out is these great business professionals, MASTEC, DIRECTSATUSA...others that do business here..........are so damn aloof when their ****ball subcontractors go out of business because they have not been paid......but DTV still smiles because their PIMPS have been CAUGHT AGAIN.
By all means, see if you can find a lawyer that can get ahead of these.......
