Re: no more subs in Ill

hey chdis, I met up with a tax attorney yesterday and showed him a copy of the 20 questions that I had downloaded from your info. He said that the IRS does use that as a guideline but he also stated that it is left up to the individual for interpretation ( IRS,lawyer,judge , etc.) Some of the statements can be answered both yes and no, what I thought was pretty clear is now vague again. There is too much grey area and as my lawyer said "there is nothing black and white on this matter" I know I have my a## covered tho. Thought you might want some feedback.....
