Overtime pertaining to Employees doing Piece Rate

I would just like to get some information on employees working piece rate. Do you get overtime. According to FSLA companies have to pay overtime to employees doing piece rate. In Fact Cable Express of Ohio was ordered to pay over 1 million to 1000 employees...any comments or experience would be greatly appeciated. I work in Missouri.
