That is name going way back in time (Cal-Tel Construction in California, RG Owens Construction outside of California). I too spent time in Grants NM (1972) worked on cleaning up and balancing that long Discade run from the head end to to office. I remember the system owner, a man named Eddie Pena (he also owned a bunch of coin laundermats between Grants and Alq.
