Adelphia buyout!!! I am so tired of workin for idiots that don't have a clue how the biz works!! we are understaffed, have no employees with any kind of experience and overworked to exaustion as of late. They haven't done a thing for a while waitin for the sale but dump of the field personel!
We will be attached to Richmond, will they help us with on call, add personel to our tech staff. How long does it take for them to see overtime in excess of 25 hours a week to help buyouts?
Is there really hope for us being so close or will they keep the same clowns in supervision and not care??
