You need to start @ the lnb and work your way towards that switch, either you have a bad connector, bad lnb or bad switch. Possibly even some bad coax, but if you start @ the lnb checking for correct voltage and do the same until you hit that switch I bet you will find your problem.If your dish is peaked and getting 90's on the even transponders you would never get a 0 on the odd's, unless you had a problem. Hope this helps out.
