Tools held hostage!!!!

I've made the mistake of trusting an employer!? I left my tools in a secured room in Kentukey, went home 20 hrs away with the intent to return. My employer (X) will not return my property. He will not even talk to me. (fruserating) He left it up to the manager to "deal" with me. They say that the last check I recieved was an advance. I think it was because he fouled up his billing. In any case he is holding about $1500 in tools for a suposed 450 advance. On the other hand my belt and one hand tool has been recovered from another employee, the employer seems to have lent my tools out!!! What do you think of that??? Oh and by the way if the employer happens to be reading this, it is a shame that I have friends in higher places with the MSO that seems to be keeping you afloat, I also have an inside relation now with about 5 state agencies from hour and wage to EPA, and oh by the way IRS is very interested in the whole "travel Expence deal"(flipoff)(torch)(skull)(spook)R.I.P.
