OK I look at the diagram for this PON. It looks like it uses a WDM with separate lasers for the video. THe data and telephony are oh lets say 1310 and the video on 1550. How many lasers would a guy have in a CO for say 1000 customers. % miles of fiber to each home.
I hav'nt had a chance to see one of these yet. I'm just thinking there is a bunch of lasers.
I should'nt be thinking on a friday!!!
