I cannot agree with you more. I believe as professionals we should be compensated as professionals. We are in Texas and I am well aware of the dangers of heat. As a owner I allow my techs to make judgement calls on safety. I do not force my techs to do anything that is unsafe. We do see reprocutions from the HUB if we cancel or reschedule a job due to safety issues.
Short verison is that we are not compensated for being professional, but instead for completing a job.
