I would agree with that also, but can you not also agree that there are techs out there that totally abused the program?
We would see new guys through here that on EVERY job they went on they would claim RE-INSTALL, wall drops etc.
We created alot of internal policies and procedures to protect us and them. Only to have techs get creative etc....
I truly believe that Dishnetwork would not make a change unless it benefited them. We are trying to figure out to work with the cards that we are delt.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
